I was wondering =):
1. If I administer these kits on some of the same kids that took the WIAT, may I include this all under the same report or should I still write a whole seperate report for each test administered?
2. Am I the only one stressing out a little at this point? I'm so nervous I'm going to mess up on the binder =)....

I asked the same question a while back. The answer was - do a complete set of signatures for EACH assessment. You can check out the original question and answer from March 27th, it was the 3rd question.
ReplyDeleteYes, Cinda! Seperate report and forms (especially consent) for EVERY assessment you do. Even if it's on the same kiddo.
