Good morning. I'm finishing up scoring the Woodcock Reading and the KeyMath tests. I know we only have to do the raw scores, but wanted to double check about the following.
1) On Woodcock do we fill in the bottom 1/2 of the front page with the raw scores. If so, I'm not sure about the Word Comp score. It says Raw, but the #'s look more like we should put the W score. Also I'm not sure how to figure the Full Scale score at bottom.
What about inside front cover, and pgs. 9 - 12 on test H, and cooresponding pgs. 11-16 in form G?
2) On KeyMath, do we just fill in the front page? What about front and back of the last page?
3) I'm using the same test subjects for the Woodcock and KeyMath that I used on the WIAT. Do we need to fill out Consents, Sociological, and Behavioral Data for every test done even if I already have it from the WIAT?
4) I'm having trouble scoring Woodcock G Visual. Aud. Learning - story 7. My student completely messed it up (maybe his tester did too!!!) Anyway, I don't really know how to count the errors.
I'm sorry the questions are so confusing, gives insight to the state of my brain!!!:) I'll call later, if you don't understand what I'm asking.
Thanks for your patience!!!

Let's see if I can help out with some of these questions:
ReplyDelete1) Yes, please complete the blanks beside the raw scores at the bottom of the page. On Work Comp you will use the the 5A+5B Part Score in place of the raw score(use the table on page 5 to find the Part Score). After we run the report, you can go back and fill in remaining items on the face sheet. Remember, all you need it to figure raw scores on the KeyMath and WRMT. We can score the rest by using the computer software. Dont't worry about completing page 2, 10 or 11. You will be able to fill in page 12 after we run the reports.
2) The first page should be pretty easy to fill in for KeyMath. Yes, you will need to complete the back page as well. You can either do this before or after you send me the raw scores. Although it is easier to fill out once the score report is done for you!
3)Yes! All tests, whether on the same subjects or not, have to have their own consent, demo info, etc. No exceptions! You can recopy the background info from parent, etc, but a new consent and behavior observation form needs to be completed. After all, it is a completely different assessment.
4)Did you circle each error for each passage? I will need more info before I can figure out. You can call me or email me and let's talk it through.
Hope this helps!
Thank you, yes it helps!
